From the perspective of the moving direction of the conveyed materials, the conveyor manufacturers' screw conveyors are divided into two types: horizontal screw conveyors and vertical screw conveyors. They are mainly used for horizontal conveying of various powders, granules and small pieces of bulk materials. Because of the vertical lifting, the machine is not suitable for conveying special materials that are easy to deteriorate, high viscosity, easy to agglomerate or high temperature, afraid of pressure and strong corrosiveness.
