A set of protection device system composed of three comprehensive protection devices of belt conveyor, thus forming three major protections of belt conveyor: belt conveyor speed protection, belt conveyor temperature protection, belt conveyor stop protection at any point in the middle.

1. Belt conveyor temperature protection.

When the friction between the roller and the belt of the belt conveyor causes the temperature to exceed the limit, the detection device (transmitter) installed close to the roller sends out an over-temperature signal. The conveyor automatically stops to protect the temperature.

2. Belt conveyor speed protection.

If the belt conveyor fails, such as the motor burns, the mechanical transmission part is damaged, the belt or chain is broken, the belt slips, etc., the magnetic control switch in the accident sensor SG installed on the driven parts of the belt conveyor cannot be closed or cannot be operated normally. When the speed is closed, the control system will act according to the inverse time characteristic and after a certain delay, the speed protection circuit will take effect to make the execution part of the action and cut off the power supply of the motor to avoid the expansion of the accident.

3. The belt conveyor can be stopped at any point in the middle of the belt conveyor.

If it is necessary to stop at any point along the belt conveyor, turn the switch of the corresponding position to the intermediate stop position, and the belt conveyor will stop immediately. When it needs to be turned on again, first reset the switch, and then press the signal switch to send a signal.
